Project Overview
NestMates is a 'One-Stop Solution' designed to simplify the process of finding flats and roommates.
Goal:To create a seamless platform where users can discover accommodation and compatible flatmates in one place.
Target Audience:Individuals looking for shared accommodation, students, and working professionals moving to new cities.

Followed a structured 5-stage Design Thinking process to ensure user-centricity.
01. Empathize:User Research, Interviews, and Qualitative Analysis to understand the 'Who' and 'Why'.
02. Define:Synthesizing insights into User Personas, Empathy Maps, and clear Problem Statements.
03. Ideate:Generating solutions through 'How Might We' (HMW) questions and MoSCoW Analysis.
04. Design:Creating Information Architecture, User Flows, Wireframes, and High-Fidelity Screens.
05. Test:Usability Testing and iterating based on user feedback.
